Saddle Stapling or Saddle stitching is a method of creating booklets by stapling together folded pages along the spine.  Our saddle staplers offer a quick and economical solution for making booklets.  Unlike regular staplers, saddle staplers are designed with a front saddle that provides a convenient base to mount and position pre-folded paper.  This allows for quick and accurate stapling within the fold. Saddle stapling is ideal for booklets consisting of less than 40 sheets.

The Staplex SS-45NHL Saddle stapler is designed to be used directly on the table surface, no mounting required.  This electric saddle stapler can staple up to 40 sheets and comes with a convenient foot switch.
The Rapid 106 Series electric staplers can be connected in series to simultaneously staple a booklet.  Thus, allowing for faster booklet production. The 106E is available with the model 66 staple head for general purpose stapling and the 44 head for stapling thicker material.
